Thank you for shopping with KAMI Lab. We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably.
This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases across New Zealand.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2 pm NZST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during promotional periods, holidays, or product launches.
2. Shipping Within New Zealand
We deliver nationwide using trusted courier partners such as NZ Post, CourierPost, or Aramex.
Estimated delivery times:

North Island: 1–3 business days after dispatch

South Island: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Rural or remote areas: allow an extra 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping rates:

Calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery address.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — see current offers at checkout or on our homepage.
3. No Click & Collect or International Shipping
We currently do not offer Click & Collect or international delivery.
Orders can only be shipped to valid New Zealand residential or business addresses.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or overseas destinations at this stage.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status on the courier’s website.

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realise you’ve made an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to update your address before dispatch, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
If the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
